All of our baking is done in small batches for an authentic home baked taste.
Our mixer is big, but not too big. Our flour is sifted by hand and we separate our farm eggs one at a time.
Each cookie is handcrafted and hand placed on the baking pan in our kitchen. There are no shortcuts.
We start with family tested recipes: Grandma's ginger snaps, Aunt Mary's southern shortbread, Mom's ranger cookies, macarons, and biscochitos.
Then we add our own unique touch... extra ginger and a sprinkle of crunchy sugar on the gingersnaps, or a hint of coffee in the chocolate chunk cookies.
We work with local suppliers to source the freshest and most authentic ingredients, and use old-fashioned techniques to ensure the highest quality. Our goal is to make your tastebuds happy!
You eat first with your eyes! We make sure each cookie looks as good as it tastes. We take as much care with the packaging and presentation as the baking.
Whether they are individually wrapped and tied with a ribbon, or placed in a white box, tied with red and white bakery string, they are a feast for the senses.
